I also seen a mother let her toddler stand up while she was driving. She said her daughter did not want to sit down. Very disturbing. I feel very uneasy to see children without seat belts on.

My father installed seat belts in our car in the 60's when most cars did not have seat belts. I developed a buckle your seat belt design long ago, but it was too costly to produce. Thanks to ever-changing technology, now is the time for children to meet Officer Chuckle to remind them to buckle their seat belt.
